Return Policy
For online purchases, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be in unused condition with all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, panties, swimwear, shapewear, and hosiery are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and meets with return guidelines, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a restocking fee equivalent to the initial shipping charge will be deducted.
Please note that sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Kindly be aware that it may take some time for banks and credit card companies to process refunds. If you haven't seen the refund posted yet, we suggest reaching out to your bank or credit card company to inquire about the status of the transaction. The shipping costs from the initial purchase are non-refundable. We advise using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance when shipping an item valued over $75.
In addition to our online store, Anna Bella Fine Lingerie operates a brick & mortar store in Alpharetta, Georgia. The return policy for in-store purchasing differs slightly from the return policy outlined above & is posted in fitting rooms, at checkout and on receipts for informational purposes.
